Rosen Tangelo Park Preschool Foundation (DCF #C09OR1176) is a philanthropically funded, free preschool serving 2–4 year olds exclusively from the Tangelo Park neighborhood of Orlando. Founded by hotelier Harris Rosen in 1994 as part of a broader community investment program, the foundation provides preschool education at no cost to all eligible neighborhood children. Operating Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM with meals included, the center is part of an initiative credited with raising Tangelo Park's high school graduation rate to near 100%.
