“No introductions of who they are in-person or confirmation that Im the parent that should be picking up my child. The office is empty most of the days so you cant even ask questions or address anyone in person. There is never anyone sitting at the front desk to ensure safety either. The last straw, I witnessed my child being physically pushed down to the ground by another kid unprovoked and it was not addressed by the teacher in the classroom. Along with 4 kids crying in the classroom while I look through the glass window that the staff has her back turned to the kids and on her cellphone.”

“Kinder care is no longer willing to honor Daycare pricing agreements, teachers are constantly calling out, classrooms are either closed due to staff shortage or having to close early. Here recently it appears they care more about their money than they do about the Familys to have their children there.”

“This location constantly closes because they are short staffed. And the new School Director Connie is not very friendly. She just brushes off parents and, acts like she doesn't want to speak with parents.”
