Anna Bing Arnold Children's Center, located at 2301 N Levanda Ave in Los Angeles, is a NAEYC-accredited infant-to-preschool center with over 33 consecutive years of accreditation—one of the longest continuous credentials in the city. Founded in 1968, it is among the oldest continuously operating licensed early childhood centers in Los Angeles, and its affiliation with Cal State LA brings credentialed educators and graduate student teachers to the classroom. The center offers reduced tuition for Cal State LA students and tuition assistance for low-income families, operating from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM year-round. However, its enrollment is severely limited to only 18 children under its infant center license, access is primarily reserved for the campus community, and it carries a Type A CCLD citation on record; the absence of public parent reviews also means family experience cannot be independently verified.
