Head Start At David Bacon is an Ohio SUTQ Gold-rated, federally-funded preschool program operated collaboratively by Community Action Akron Summit and Tallmadge City Schools, serving children age 3 and up at David Bacon School in Tallmadge. The program delivers a comprehensive early childhood education model that includes education, health screenings, nutrition, family engagement workshops, and disabilities support—hallmarks of Head Start's whole-child approach.
