Operating since January 1995, the center is ranked #1 of daycares in New Carlisle and provides programs including infant/toddler care, preschool classes, kindergarten enrichment, and before/after school latch key for elementary students. The center accepts PFCC vouchers for subsidy-eligible families, extending access to working families. Staff focus on facilitating social, mental, physical, and spiritual development through warm, personal care.
