Director
With more than 24 years in early childhood education, Neha is both an experienced Montessori educator and the steady hand guiding our school. Her passion is building nurturing, child-centered environments where independence and curiosity aren’t just permitted — they’re expected, celebrated, and grown into a lifelong love of learning.
Beyond the classroom, Neha’s expertise spans teacher development and school leadership. She mentors our educators the way our guides mentor children — patiently and personally — and partners closely with families so that the strong academic, social, and emotional foundations built at school continue at home.
Cynthia
Assistant Director
Cynthia has devoted 30 years to the care and teaching of young children — and still calls watching a child reach a goal the greatest reward she could receive. Teaching isn’t her job; it has always been her passion.
She works with each child at their own pace, knowing that every child learns and grows differently. Her purpose is to shape young minds inside an environment so caring, encouraging, and engaging that children feel confident to explore, take risks, and thrive. She considers it a privilege to be part of a child’s earliest learning journey — and to help lay a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
