Ms. Dinna Bacordo
Head of School | Director
Ms. Dinna Bacordo brings over 20 years of experience in the education sector, with a strong background in people management, school administration, and leadership. As a school director, she has developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of a school while building strong, positive relationships with families, teachers, and staff.
Prior to her career in education, Dinna spent a decade in sales and customer relations, where she developed strong communication, relationship-building, and service skills. This experience continues to shape her approach to working with families and creating a welcoming and supportive school community.
Dinna has thrived in diverse, cross-cultural environments and is known for her energy, leadership, organizational skills, and ability to bring people together. Her work and experiences have been featured in several publications, including Voyage Dallas Magazine, Shoutout DFW, and Canvas Rebel.
A graduate of St. Scholastica’s College in Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Dinna values both her professional work and family life. She and her husband, Paul, have been married for 28 years and are proud parents of two sons, Lorenzo and Emanuel.
Ms. Cynthia Eskenazi
Assistant Director
Cynthia has devoted 30 years to the care and teaching of young children — and still calls watching a child reach a goal the greatest reward she could receive. Teaching isn’t her job; it has always been her passion.
She works with each child at their own pace, knowing that every child learns and grows differently. Her purpose is to shape young minds inside an environment so caring, encouraging, and engaging that children feel confident to explore, take risks, and thrive. She considers it a privilege to be part of a child’s earliest learning journey — and to help lay a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
